Terms of Service

By using the Orderly Android application or this website (orderlyapp.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Orderly is an order management application for Android designed to help small business owners log, track, and manage customer orders. Access to the app is granted on a per-business basis after a one-time setup process.

2. Pricing & Access

Access to Orderly requires a one-time setup fee of LKR 25,000. This fee covers:

  • App access (Android) for your business team
  • Initial setup assistance by our team
  • Use across multiple phones in your business
  • Basic ongoing support

You may use the app on multiple Android devices within your business. Access is tied to the business account set up during onboarding.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide valid Google account email(s) during setup to receive app access.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account(s) and devices.
  • Access is granted per business. You must not share your install link or account access with other businesses.
  • You may use the same account across multiple devices within your business.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations in Sri Lanka
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
  • Share your install link or Google account credentials with other businesses
  • Use the app to store data belonging to customers without their knowledge or consent

5. Payments & Refunds

The setup fee is a one-time charge with no monthly or annual fees. Once setup is complete and access has been granted, the fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection law.

If we are unable to resolve a technical issue during setup within 7 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all order and customer data you enter into Orderly. We do not claim any rights to your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and handled.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Orderly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app works offline — most features function without an internet connection. Cloud sync requires internet access and depends on Google Firebase availability.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the app with reasonable notice provided via the app or this website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Orderly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orderly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of business data or revenue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
